Main activities

• Develop the store sales turnover: implement TOD'S sales policy within the store, set sales objectives and analyze results, perform the selling ceremony per Brand guidelines, highlight store products according to visual policy and collaborate with visual merchandising, set up CRM actions to grow the customer database, coordinate trade marketing events, analyze sales reports and customer feedback, propose action plans to exceed objectives and increase turnover, check invoicing and compliance with collection procedures.
