Job Description
A Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of experience in plastic tooling design and development
Preferably with experience in the automotive plastic injection molding sector. Proficiency in injection molding process, mold construction methods, and tooling manufacturing techniques.
Proficiency in injection molding processes, mold construction and manufacturing techniques. Knowledge of GD&T, ISO drawing standards, and automotive tooling specifications.
Plan and establish tech standard of mold manufacturing
Responsible for mold design tech, process development& improvement. Establish the idealist mold design process.
Support fixture development and improvement
Support the analysis, development and improvement of clamping fixture for Auto Measuring System
Establish and monitor the development of Mold manufacturing system to enhance mold quality.
