Job Summary

Reporting to the [Engineering Manager], the [Tooling Engineer’s] is responsible for stamping tooling strategy and full lifecycle management, driving tooling development, process optimization, and quality improvement.
What a typical day looks like:
Define and lead sheet metal stamping tooling engineering strategy
Lead die concept review including strip layout and feasibility
Lead forming simulation and tolerance stack-up analysis
Act as technical authority for risk assessment.
Oversee full lifecycle of die development
