Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for an AV Technician to join an IT services and consulting company. This is fully onsite job in Washington DC.
Essential Duties of the AV Technician:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial AV systems.Perform preventative maintenance, firmware updates, and system health checks.Diagnose and resolve audio, video, control system, conferencing, and network-related issues.Restore system functionality while meeting customer service expectations and SLAs.Identify root causes of recurring problems and recommend long-term solutions.Qualifications of the AV Technician:
