Insight Global is looking for an RF Systems Engineer (Signals Engineer) to join a team supporting a mission-driven R&D environment. This individual will play a key role in capturing, analyzing, and characterizing radio frequency (RF) signals using software defined radio (SDR) platforms. The role is heavily focused on lab-based work, with a mix of hands-on signal analysis and software development (approximately 50/50). This engineer will be responsible for both developing new SDR applications and enhancing existing tools, while working with primarily digital communication signals. The ideal candidate will have experience with Python and/or C++, SDR platforms (such as USRP or HackRF), GNU Radio, and RF test equipment, along with a strong understanding of RF fundamentals and digital signal processing.
