Turning Point Youth Services (TPYS) invites applications for an Awake Overnight Youth Worker role focusing on mental health and youth engagement. This position will empower staff to build stable, supportive relationships with youth. The role includes providing client care, maintaining records, and facilitating a therapeutic atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate a safe and supportive therapeutic environment
• Build effective therapeutic relationships with youth clients
• Monitor and assess client mental health needs
• Maintain accurate client records as per agency standards
