Job Description
The **Total Rewards Partner - LAC** will be reporting to the Sr. Director Total Rewards - Americas.
This position requires both the ability to engage at a senior level as well as to ensure operational excellence.
This person is able to solve complex Total Rewards challenges, fosters strong cross-functional relationships and possesses a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and change leadership.

**What You'll Do**:
- Act as a Total Rewards business partner to the Latin America region, solution provider and advisor to business and people leaders by combining in-depth knowledge of Total Rewards principles, understanding of the business and market landscape, and detailed analysis/modelling.
- Act as a transformation agent in aligning the LAC region with other regions in terms of Total Rewards processes and programs, while paying attention to regional nuances....
