Job Description

Thompson Construction Group has immediate openings for Water and Sewer Track Loader Operators supporting our Infrastructure division’s land development and subdivision projects in the Edmonton area.
Responsibilities:
Backfill mainline pipe, services, catch basins, fire hydrants and manholes

Work with Hoe-pack Operator and Packer operators to efficiently carry out backfill activities

Knowledgeable about ramping in, to place first lift on various pipe to backfill
Participate in daily safety meetings and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Report all incidents, near misses, and equipment damage to site supervision

Maintain effective communication with supervisors and crew members

Work collaboratively as part of a construction crew to meet project timelines
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a track loader operator
