Trade Compliance Analyst

Job Summary:

The Trade Compliance Analyst will be responsible for complying with the import/export operation in accordance with Government Trade Laws. This position is responsible for ensuring NIDEC MOEN KDM DRIVES-CT Apodaca facility is in full Compliance. Support the BU gatekeepers with his/her knowledge and to support day-to-day operations and responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Company as it works towards achieving IMMEX, ANNEX 24/30, PROSEC, VAT-IEPS, AEO & CTPAT programs status, ensuring ongoing compliance across the business to enable the status to be maintained
• Ensure compliance for all import/export transactions, validating the proper documents through Annex 24 system & Annex 30 bi-monthly declarations
• Ensure data integrity of Annex 24 system
