As a Trade & Working Capital Solutions – Global Origination Associate, you will contribute to the design and execution of cross‑functional initiatives aimed at capturing market opportunities, adapting to evolving client needs and competitive dynamics, and aligning origination, product, and support teams around a shared strategic objective: driving T&WCS growth in line with SCIB and Santander Group priorities. You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of strategic projects, leading selected initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing materials for senior management.
