About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Trademark Prosecution Associate to join our Intellectual Property team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in trademark filing, prosecution, portfolio management, and handling examination reports before the Trade Marks Registry. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with clients, manage domestic and international trademark matters, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic IP practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct trademark availability and clearance searches.
• Prepare, file, and prosecute trademark applications before the Trade Marks Registry.
• Draft and file responses to examination reports and office actions.
• Handle trademark oppositions, rectifications, renewals, assignments, and recordals.
