Requirements: At least min 7yrs Experience Proven experience as a Trade Floor Engineer or in a similar role Mandatory project management experience Provide first-level support for Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot-related issues Role-based responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network issues and trade-floor specific applications on the trade floor. Floor-walking the Trade-floor Assist Traders on the trade-floor during migration/upgrade
