Job Description
Responsibilities: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of commodity contracts and their obligations. Negotiate contract terms with suppliers and external parties, facilitating internal alignment for contract signing. Plan and execute shipments in accordance with contractual agreements, ensuring proper interpretation of terms. Oversee payments and receivables, including Letters of Credit and other financial instruments as stipulated by contracts. Assist in cargo planning, including vessel nomination, shipping advisories, insurance declarations, and agent appointments for port operations. Manage shipping documents and payments, ensuring accurate invoice issuance by suppliers. Issue provisional, preliminary final, and final invoices in a timely manner, adhering to contractual terms.
