Trading Support & Client Engagement Specialist

Kraken in San Miguel de Azapa is hiring a Client Engagement Trading EXP specialist. You will be the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with trading products. Responsibilities include answering client inquiries across platforms and resolving technical issues.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, knowledgeable about the Kraken Pro platform and trading, and possess good math skills. This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months.
