Trails Guide & Chef/ Management Couple

This unique dual role requires maturity, adaptability, and proven managerial experience, with the partner stepping into operational oversight until a General Manager is appointed. The lodge prides itself on delivering an exceptional guest experience, making prior exposure to luxury lodge environments essential. Core Criteria:

Role 1 | Trails Guide:

• FGASA Level 2 or higher (Lead Trails Guide certification preferred)
• Valid PDP and drivers license
• Valid First Aid certification
• Firearm competency (ARH) where reserve regulations require
• Previous guiding experience in a luxury 5‑star lodge environment
• Strong guest hosting, interpretation, and safety management skills
