This unique dual role requires maturity, adaptability, and proven managerial experience, with the partner stepping into operational oversight until a General Manager is appointed. - FGASA Level 2 or higher
- Apprentice Trails Guide (Lead Trails Guide certification preferred)
- Valid PDP and driver’s license
- Valid First Aid certification
- Firearm competency (ARH) where reserve regulations require
