Trainee Functional Consultant (3)

QBS Co. is seeking an Associate Functional Consultant to support ERP, SAP, and digital transformation projects. The candidate will work closely with clients and project teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and project documentation.
• Support ERP/SAP implementation and configuration activities.
• Conduct system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Assist in user training, data validation, and post-go-live support.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and project reviews.
