Trainee IoT Pre-Sales Engineer

Technical support for IoT solutions

• Monitor and maintain temperature monitoring IoT system including hardware and AWS cloudsystem
• Participatein IoT pre-sales work to gather customer requirement and conduct site survey atcustomer place
• Configure IoT devices for new customer, test and deploy the devices to customer site
• Support customer after deployment including answering customer queries, troubleshooting,and fixing issues, etc
• Document and maintain any IT documentation regarding IT infrastructure, procedures, usersupport issue and resolution
