• Coordinate administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training and development programs.
• Assist in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for various departments.
• Facilitating group discussions, activities, and practical exercises.
• Providing training report with key findings, participant feedback, and recommendations.
