Trainer Ii Food Advisory & Training

This position is primarily focused on development and delivery of high quality and engaging technical training programs (food safety, quality, regulatory, HACCP, Global Standards) at NSF.
- Responsibilities: This position will be required to support training delivery and management of training projects as assigned.
- This position is involved in training program development, including updates, and is responsible for the provision of technical expertise for curriculum and content development.
- Through direct client interaction, this position will be involved in client learning needs assessment to determine learning objectives, training curriculum and appropriate delivery method.
- This position will act as the Head Trainer responsible for developing process and onboarding new trainers, providing technical updates, mentoring and performance feedback to both staff and IC trainers.
