Develop content, competencies standard, learning outcome, lesson plan, pre-test, post-test, and practical test/assessments. Complete foundational level service technical competencies. Facilitate service foundational level courses and assessments. Coaching foundational & Advanced service technicians. Conduct research and development for subjects intending to train others. Monitor the progress of trainees’/participants' performance during training. Taking care of all tools especially specialized tools for training sustainability.
