Job Description
- Training – Design and implement training and knowledge sharing sessions
- New hire, refresher-training and content creation
- New Hire – Act as a buddy for New Hires and Needs to provide all necessary mentor support to new hire.
- Documentation – Responsible for creation, updating and modification of training documents and its deployment on floor with TAT.
