Trainer (US/UK Banking)

Work Setup: On-site (Eton Centris, Quezon City)

Shift: Shifting schedules, UK time

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-3 years of recent training experience in US/UK banking operations (voice account) in BPO
• Financial account experience must be in mortgage, car/motor financing, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or any similar facet (Insurance or payroll not considered)
• Strong preference to Trainers with training experience in a UK banking campaign, with experience under the loan originating process, especially under motor financing
• Solid knowledge of the banking/collections process and bucket flows
• Basic understanding of training methodologies applied to virtual and F2F instructor-led classes
• Excellent communication & feedback/coaching Skills
• Preferably available to start immediately
