Training & Capacity Building – Lead is responsible for leading the execution, management, and operational delivery of all training programs within the New Economy Academy (NEA). The role focuses on transforming strategic programs into high‑quality learning experiences through effective planning, coordination, stakeholder management, delivery oversight, and continuous improvement. This role ensures the smooth execution of NEA’s programs across areas such as entrepreneurship, financial literacy, new economy skills, leadership, specialized programs, and government capacity‑building initiatives. The position requires strong operational leadership, project execution capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining excellence in participant experience and partner engagement.
