As our next Training and Development Co-op, you’ll be at the forefront of support in developing, updating and maintaining Standard Work Instructions used to train employees across the Stratford facility. Working under the guidance of subject matter experts, the student will gain valuable hands-on experience in capturing standard work and translate into clear, effective training documentation that supports safety, consistency and operational excellence.
