DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Plant Supervisors with training and record keeping for each team member in their assigned area.Be familiar with all plant operations processes.Knowledge of and adhere to company policy and procedures.Conducts weekly, monthly, and yearly training evaluations or as needed.Verifies that all training documents are the correct version and re-train if necessary. (OPL’s, SWS, SOP’s etc.…)Supports all activities, if needed, for audits, customer or third party, such as USDA and BRC standards as needed.Assists on training team members on how to set up equipment at start up and monitors training progress during the entire operation.Assist with on-the-floor training by providing coaching, on the spot corrections, and making recommendations as necessary during the entire process for both...
