Saraswati College, Shegaon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Placement Officer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
-  Design and Implement Training Programs: Develop training modules and workshops to enhance students' soft skills, technical skills, and overall employability.
-  Industry Interaction:  Organize guest lectures, industry visits, and workshops with professionals to provide students with industry insights.
- Skill Assessment:  Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.
