Training & Compliance Coordinator - FMCG Manufacturing

The a2 Milk Company in Pokeno is seeking a Training Coordinator for its Blending & Canning team. This role will involve coordinating training and competency development to ensure all staff are equipped to produce high-quality products safely. You will work closely with Shift Managers and operational teams, maintaining training systems, facilitating assessments, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or FMCG, experience in training coordination, and a thorough understanding of compliance and health & safety requirements. A background in dairy or infant formula processing is advantageous.
