Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for salaried employees in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT. Ensure all new hires have the tools, resources, and support necessary for a seamless transition into their roles. Collaborate with department leaders to design role-specific onboarding plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Training plans: Develop and implement standardized training plans for new employees across all functions, ensuring best practices and consistency.
