- Design and deliver a structured onboarding track (product, personas, prospecting, objection handling)
- Own ramp-to-productivity KPI — target: first SQL within 3 weeks of joining
- Build live simulation exercises, not just slide decks
Floor SDR Uplift Program
- Run weekly skill-sharpening sessions — cold call clinics, discovery drills, objection jams
- Execute the 18-session industry refresher program (June–August 2026) across IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, and Logistics
- Use call recordings and conversion data to identify skill gaps and personalize coaching
Tooling & Intelligence
- Manage and evolve the SDR Intelligence Hub (ChatGPT-powered) — prompt libraries, playbooks, objection banks
- Track training effectiveness via pre/post assessments and pipeline impact metrics
