Job Description
Key responsibilities: 1. Learning & Development Strategy & Program Execution Lead the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop the company-wide training plan. Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of all L&D programs (e-learning & classroom). Conduct stand-up delivery of selected HR/L&D training programs. Develop competency frameworks, conduct skills gap analyses, and create learning roadmaps aligned to business needs. Support organizational change efforts (e.g., restructuring, cultural transformation, process redesign). 2. Talent Development, Leadership Programs & Internship Management Drive leadership capability development through structured programs, coaching frameworks, and succession planning.
