The National Indigenous Training Academy (NITA) is seeking an experienced and passionate Training Manager to lead the delivery of nationally accredited hospitality and tourism training at Ayers Rock Resort.
This is more than a training role. It is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in empowering young Indigenous Australians through education, employment pathways and life-changing career opportunities.
Based at the iconic Ayers Rock Resort, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for delivering and assessing nationally recognized qualifications while ensuring an outstanding learning experience for our trainees.
