Training Officer (Pharm D)

Job Summary:
The role is required to support the operation with the delivery of training and therefore will require the individual to work flexibly, this will include weekend and evening working.
Specific Job Duties: Deliver the staff induction programme to all new starters
Deliver other mandatory training to all company staff
Design and deliver other specialist training modules as required
Complete all required training administration
Schedule all staff onto required mandatory training
Liaise with enrolled team member in training academy qualification (Level 2 & Level 3)
Grade relevant team member’s assignment submission and support for timely completion
Complete training academy qualification related admin tasks
Supporting assigned tasks from training academy awarding body guidelines & updates
Qualifications & Experience
Pharm-D degree (required).
Preferred with experience of 1+ year in training delivery Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care...
