Overview

Responsible for staff training within the Group. Identify the training needs of employees and develop and organise programmes to meet those needs. This role is a 2 IC to the Training and Development Manager and will assist with the various tasks.

Assist as a 2 IC to the Training and Development Manager and support various training and development tasks. Qualifications Bachelor in Training and Development degree (BTD) or Diploma in Occupational OD ETDP Practitioner level 5 5 years of experience as a Skills Development Facilitator Qualified SDF, OD ETDP Practitioner, preferably a training specialist Sound knowledge of the Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETA) Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills Adequate administrative and VIP knowledge Substantial knowledge of WSP/ATR #J-18808-Ljbffr
