TRAINING SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a Training Specialist in the Training Directorate of the Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR) Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek - Fort Story of CENTER FOR SECURITY FORCES. Responsibilities You will perform curriculum development functions focusing on quality control/assurance and resource requirements. You will be responsible for curriculum development management, which includes duties such as: monitoring the revisions, updating and/or developing training courses encompassing the selection of educational methodologies and media development. You will provide technical expertise and assistance during all phases of the NETC Course Develop and Revision Process, to ensure learning solutions meet validated training requirements. You will update local curriculum management databases, to track work status throughout the Center, Training Directorate and Learning Standards Office.
