Training Specialist (Reynosa)

We are seeking a Training Specialist to design, implement, and drive training initiatives aligned with business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and drive training initiatives that align with business strategies
• Be responsible for tracking and managing all training needs, including identifying training needs through internal stakeholder partnership
• Maintain data and report out on critical training metrics for the identified locations
• Maintain proper training documentation for all employees
• Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all training activities
• Assess additional training needs and providers to meet the strategic needs of the business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience within training or human resources preferred
