Training Specialist

Summary This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Architect of the Capitol, Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), AOC University. The incumbent serves as a Training Specialist to support and provide subject matter expertise for training and development planning, presentation, delivery, and evaluation of programs and pathways. Responsibilities The incumbent supports creating and developing curricula, assessing training needs and vendor solutions, delivering training in-person and virtually, maximizing use and application of the Learning Management Systems (LMS), and meeting the needs of a wide audience of learners across a highly diverse workforce. The duties below are listed at the Grade 13 level.
