Training Supervisor

Are you ready for a new and challenging role? We are looking for a Training Supervisor to oversee the health of training programs and facilities, including analysis, design, development, and conduct; evaluation; and monitoring of implementation and effectiveness, to ensure that training programs are in accordance with CNL processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assign and oversee Training Consultants as they prepare, execute, and maintain effective Training Programs that provide CNL employees with the skills and knowledge required to competently perform their job while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure training requirements are documented, implemented, and monitored for CNL staff in accordance with CNL requirements as described in Training & Development’s Management System documents.
