What You Will Be Doing
As the Training System Architect (Level 5) you will be responsible for driving the full Instructional Systems Design (ISD) lifecycle for new F‑35 training capabilities, embedding validated human‑performance data into every design decision, and ensuring alignment with functional and performance requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the Analysis‑Design‑Development‑Implementation‑Evaluation (ADDIE) process for training solutions.
Integrate task analysis, workload, and proficiency metrics to shape training objectives and content.
Establish and maintain a feedback loop that feeds post‑training performance results back into design improvements.
Collaborate with the Training Systems Architecture team, pilot and maintainer SMEs, suppliers, and Government partners.
