Training Systems Manager

**Overview**

Training Systems Manager (PMA263-2026-25443):

Bowhead seeks an experienced Training Systems Manager to support operator and maintenance technical training development for Navy Unmanned Aircraft Systems. This role ensures delivery of accurate, fully integrated training aligned with weapon system development, acquisition, and sustainment requirements.

This position will directly support the ULS-A Integrated Product Team within the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Robotics and Autonomous Systems (RAS) AIR PMO.





**Responsibilities**

Essential functions will include:


+ Develop Navy Training Systems Plans and related products per Office of the Chief of Naval Operations Instruction (OPNAVINST)76 Series governing Navy training systems for new and legacy systems.
