POSITION SUMMARY
Greet and welcome arriving guests as they enter the resort. Assist both arriving and departing guests with luggage. Drive a 15 passenger mini-bus to assist guests with transportation around the resort 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Meet and greet guests at their car/transport vehicle. Welcome and escort guests to and from their rooms and assist with luggage handling during the check-in and check-out procedure. Inform guests of all safety features and promote and up-sell resort outlets, amenities and features. Attend to door and all luggage duties.Drive a route over the six and a half miles of roads on Innisbrook Golf and spa Resort property, to transport guests and large groups to and from designated Tram stops on property.Interact with guests while driving a tram.
