As a Transactions Specialist within Legal Response Operations aligned to Regulatory Control Operations (Centralized Transaction Operations, Consumer and Community Banking), you manage end-to-end processing of external legal requests for customer information and account documents. You research multiple internal systems to retrieve, validate, and fulfill documents within defined and occasionally expedited SLAs while adhering to strict data security and control standards. You coordinate workflow, perform quality checks, and partner with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery and effective issue resolution.
