Transformation Delivery Lead, SwapClear & Listed Rates

LSEG is seeking an experienced Director for SwapClear & Listed Rates Transformation. This senior technology leader will drive key elements of transformation for improved engineering productivity, platform resilience, and scalability within LCH. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a comprehensive multi-year transformation agenda.

The successful candidate should have a proven background in leading technology initiatives in financially regulated organizations and a deep understanding of cloud and hybrid technology environments.
