Job Description
- Drive enterprise-wide succession planning and talent development initiatives to build a high-performing, future-ready leadership bench, including identifying critical roles, assessing internal talent pipelines, and implementing structured development frameworks (e.g., leadership programs, mentoring, and accelerated career pathways).
- Lead the design and execution of recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent (circa 20 hires annually), leveraging multiple sourcing channels, strengthening employer branding, and elevating end-to-end candidate experience.
