We are looking for a Qualified Social Workerfor this organisation's Transitions service.
You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship)

About you
The successful candidate will have experience within Social Work teams post qualification and whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation.

£32,662 - £36,239 (Grade 7) dependent on experience
£38,653 - £42,728 (Grade 8) dependent on experience
