Transport Coordinator

Overview

Here’s the difference you’ll make. The Transport Coordinator is responsible for providing accurate reports, proper documentation, answering internal and external customer inquiries in proper coordination with other Transport Coordinators and Operations Team.

You’ll do

• Updates orders to Deliver Booking/Monthly Sailing Schedule and forwards it to Operations Team, Customer Service Team and Principal.
• Handles inquiries from Internal and External customers and provide answers and solutions.
• Monitors outbound, inbound cargoes, pending cargoes and problematic cargoes.
• Checks and ensures accurateness of reports from Operations, Warehouse and fellow Transport Coordinators.
• Ensures on time submission of reports to Principals and Operations.
• Updates pull out report in coordination with returns Coordinator.
