We are seeking a reliable and caring Support Worker to assist with transport services.

Service Details:

• Date & Time: Thursday, 28 August 2025

• 12:03 PM 3:03 PM (Sydney Timezone)

• Location: Transport Ron to Point Clare Medical Practice, 63 Brisbane Water Dr, Point Clare, for a 2:00 PM appointment.

• Duties:

  • Pick up Ron and provide transport to the appointment

  • Stay with Ron during the appointment

  • Transport Ron back home safely

• Service Duration: 3 hours

• Service Type: One-off
