Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Fleet & Transport Operations Management
- Manage the daily transport operations for construction projects.
- Allocate routes and schedules for drivers based on project requirements.
- Coordinate transportation of workers, materials, tools, and equipment to sites.
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure efficient utilization of fleet resources.
