Job Description
Role Purpose:
Transport Coordinator is responsible for efficiently organizing, managing, and overseeing all transport operations related to FM projects. This includes coordinating with suppliers, drivers, government entities, and internal departments to ensure the timely, safe, and cost-effective transportation of operatives and staffs. The role also involves maintaining transport-related documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous improvement in transport services.
Key Task and Responsibilities:
- Analyse and plan transportation needs for FM projects and initiate requisitions for outsourced services, leasing, or purchasing of commercial and staff vehicles.
- Coordinate with procurement teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and documentation for vehicle arrangements in line with end-user requirements.
