Our Spalding site have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Team Leader to join our friendly team on a full-time permanent basis.
As the Transport Team Leader you will be responsible for the daily planning of Company and third-party resources, ensuring that all vehicles and drivers are given clear precise instruction, and are fully utilised.
Shift: 4 on 4 off nights, 7pm-7am. 
Salary: £35,000- £39,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Duties of a Transport Team Leader:
Oversee the effective application of the Company absence policy and procedures including monitoring of absence levels and conducting return to work discussions.
Identify the training and development needs for team members and coach /organise/oversee solutions using own knowledge and company training tools.
